    • Can I cancel or change my membership?
      I understand when it's time for you to leave. It may keep me up crying for one night, or for a whole month, but you have the freedom to do so. And hey, I didn't want to make it difficult to unsubscribe or cancel your membership. Plus, you get an email every time you are charged for a recurring payment. I chose to include that on purpose as a reminder. ThriveCart, the platform I am using, has excellent options for cancellation that are easy and fast. You won't even have to email me. There is a way to do it in the customers area.
    • How do I contact support?

    • Is there any nudity in your programs?
      I understand that there are many controversial opinions about nudity in art. I do not judge anyone for having a different view on that subject than mine. But to keep things interesting for everyone, I have decided to exclude nudity from my curriculum. Any figure drawing, art history references, or otherwise, will be either partially-clothed or minimally censored to keep things decent. Men in briefs or women in acceptably decent underwear is the worst you can expect.

      I won't pose naked in front of the camera, because I don't want to make you jealous. You don't have to cover your children's eyes or confess to your pastor after you take these classes. They are rated E for everyone.
    • Which materials do I need?
      You will definitely need some grey pencils, an eraser, sharpener and paper. Also, depending on the class, you might want to look into charcoal, ballpoint pens, acrylic paint, coloring pencils, and others.
    • What will this academy focus on most?
      I love many forms of art. Therefore, a little bit of everything will be included in this academy. For the most part, though, the classes focus on the human body and face. Other topics may include drawing or painting animals, art history, murals, etc. It's like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
    • What is the refund policy?
      You don't want to be my friend anymore? I am hurt! Ok, fine. If you really don't like it or you simply change your mind soon after purchasing, you can get a full refund within 14 days. I get it. Sometimes it's just not what you expected, or you want to use your funds elsewhere. I get it. Sigh...

      However, after 14 days, you've had enough time to think and all purchases are considered final. Cancelling membership is a different story, of course. That can be done at any time.
    • How do I access the academy after purchase?
      From the computer, you can access your classes after successful login. For other devices, like your phone, you can access your customers area using this web app through the browser of your device.
    • Do I have to do all the classes in the right order?
      No. I did create most of the classes in the order I numbered them in, so some of the theory lessons will expand on earlier ones, but most of the videos can be done in any order. Each class is separate and unique.
    • How do I get access to the online community?
      After you check out, you will be sent a link to the private Facebook group with a password. I will have to manually approve it, so, it might take a day or two, or something like that. But after that, you'll have access to it for the rest of your life. Yes, even if you cancel your subscription, I don't feel like keeping track of who is still here and who left. I won't kick you out unless you break any of the simple rules in the group. I will occasionally share something, run special coupon promotions, or comment as well.
